TCPA Disclosures

1. Your express written consent

By checking the consent box on the Account step and submitting your information, you provide prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for Maxify Energy / HDM Capital LLC and its authorized installers to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by:

Live agent calls and emails.
Automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) calls.
Artificial or pre-recorded voice messages.
Text messages (SMS / MMS) including those sent by autodialer.

2. Scope of communications

We may contact you about:

Solar, battery storage, roofing, and EV charger products and services.
Federal, state, and local incentives that may affect your quote.
Scheduling site surveys, installations, and follow-ups.
Your account, signed contracts, or service issues.

3. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Providing this consent is not required to receive a quote or to purchase any product from us. You may decline consent and still browse the calculator or request information by emailing hi@gomaxify.com.

4. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your engagement. Message and data rates may apply at your carrier’s standard rates. We do not control carrier rates.

5. How to opt out

SMS: reply STOP to any text we send. You’ll receive one confirmation and no further messages.
Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply “unsubscribe”.
Phone: tell the agent you want to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, or email hi@gomaxify.com.

Opting out of marketing doesn’t stop transactional messages tied to a signed contract (installation scheduling, service updates).

6. Help

For help, reply HELP to any SMS, or email hi@gomaxify.com.

7. Quiet hours

We do not initiate telemarketing calls or texts before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. local time, per FCC rules.

8. Recording disclosure

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training. If recorded, we’ll inform you at the start of the call and you may decline.

9. State-specific notices

California, Florida, Oklahoma, and Washington residents have additional rights to register with state Do Not Call lists. Contact your state attorney general for details.
